We absolutely stand behind every product sold. Contact us with questions or any concerns you might have within 24 hours. Shipping is non-refundable. In the event an item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours and return labels will be sent out to you. Allow 1-4 weeks for shipping. If a refund or any other reason is requested, the return shipping is the buyers responsibility. There will be a restocking fee of 20% applied.
